Pharmacists must honour their profession, regardless of their activities, at all times. All information is kept for a period of five years, then destroyed in a secure and confidential manner.

We will not solicit you in any way, we do not record any information about viewed pages, any IP address or any other data without your knowledge.

If you order by phone, mail or fax, credit card payments are treated GlobalPayments-CIBC bank in our store located at 1000 chemin Ste-Foy, Québec, Qc, G1S 2L6. Your credit card information will be destroyed in a secure and confidential manner, as all confidential documents generated in our pharmacy.

Your order is shipped by Canada Post accelerated parcel, in 2 to 7 work days. If you are not present for the delivery, Canada Post will leave a notice with the address of the post office where you can pick up your order. Sometimes, Purolator is more economical than Canada Post, especially in big centers. Shipping with Purolator is within 1 to 5 work days. If you are not present at delivery time, a delivery notice will inform you how to contact them to plan a second delivery. At all times, we are able to track you order with the manifest number emitted by the carrier, which we keep with your purchase order. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you have 10 days from the date you received your order to return it to us. We will refund 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. If you return only part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items. The items must be returned to us by regular or accelerated parcel service, carriage paid and insured. By insuring your shipment, you can track your parcel with Canada Post.
